Tired but not sleepy . . .

cold but sweating, long list of things to accomplish and no desire or clear head to do them, but too bored and well not to think about them. I hate being suddenly sick. And it's snowing (which isn't all bad) and I have a day off tomorrow but I can't work on my garden because of the cold. And now I have just made myself whiner-of-the-year for following up Irene's super-cool good news with a foggy-minded-whiner-post.

MMMPH...I'm not sick but I'm so sick of working! Even nice-smelling flowers from the yard (bee bush) and Earl Grey tea with lemon don't seem to help. Can I whine, too! I feel superlatively whiney!

Snowing sounds kind of cool, though. (You can tell I'm trying to do anything but work!) I hope you feel better soon, Sparkling Squirrel!

What use is it to have an online knitting group if you can't occasionally use it to whine?

Apparently it flurried here today, but I missed it. Whenever I looked outside, it was sunny.

Hey - there were flurries here this morning! Who would have won the groundhog prediction dinner?

Hope Lisa can veg out and watch some movies and not feel guilty.

Hey Lisa,
Hope you feel better soon. Sleeping is a good activity on a cold snowy day. And it does count as doing something productive, especially if you are sick and sleep deprived.

Problem is that I am sick but not sleep deprived so have spent a great deal of the last two days lying around wishing I could sleep and thinking of the things I should be doing if I wasn't lying around

Are you feeling better, Sparkling Squirrel? What are you doing for Easter?
