Dissertation Printing

Do any of you recommend a printer for a dissertation? I have procrastinated long enough! I am thinking of going with the HF group (recommended by KU library). Anyone have any good or bad experiences with them or other printers? I think this came up on the blog before, but I can't find it in the archives. Thanks!

More things about us and celebrations

Molly and Jenny both commented on the "10 Things About You" after it left the top page, so I'm not sure if everyone has had the chance to read their responses, but it is well worth doing. Let's continue the discussion with responses on this post.
Mardi Gras is Tuesday, so I thought that the theme for this week might be one extravagent/excessive thing you'd like to do and one thing you'd like to give up in your life.
Upcoming early in March will be Molly's birthday, followed by Cathy's defense and then Debbie's birthday on the Ides. Wishing you metaphorically broken legs and great days!

Leg Breaking and Candle Blowing

It's the week of Erin's defense, Molly's big presentation, Irene's anniversary, Beth's birthday, Jennifer's last class of her first year at WJ and my, well, my annual appreciation of apple blossoms.

Break metaphorical legs, happy birthday and much celebrating!

Heather? Hair?

Can anyone confirm my assumption that my favorite bat biologist was a smashing success at her recent defense?
We want photos of great hair cuts!

Why yes, I do use partial derivatives, thank you

Most odd conversation I've had regarding my dissertation recently-- at a happy hour.
Context is chatting about our summer travels, Alma and her book, blah blah blah
"So, was that your dissertation?"
No, a side project.
"What was your dissertation on?"
Population models of prairie turnips.
"Do you use differential equations?"
