How's the fitness challenge going?

We've completed 5 weeks of out 8 week challenge and I'm here to ask you how you are doing...
Have you been swimmingsteppingjogging(buttearly)pedaling? Fall is really nice here and making it a joy to get out and exercise. I hope fall is helping you get out and stay healthy! Let us know how you're doing!

I got my two hikes in last week and didn't even have to get up insanely early to do it (did run into to beautiful rattlesnakes in the sunny noon-time). I didn't make my step goal on most of the non-hiking days, though. Better try harder this week!
Haven't made any goals - my heel is still healing. haha
I am still trying to find time to write down my goals - but I have been fairly actively lately (i.e. in the last week): softball games, hiking in the woods, chasing after my niece.
My goal for this week is to do some sort of exercise and to get Steve involved. Tonight we are going to go play catch at the park.Tomorraow I hope we can go for a walk. Wed may be weights and situps day. We are turning our basement into a workout room. We may be in the market for a stationary bike. Steve's Aunt Vicki has one (one of the kind that blows wind on you) and he liked it a lot.
Oh - and I am putting only one sugar cube in my tea, not two. Oh - and for now we are only buying baked chips. We just are not ready to give up having chips and we do like the baked ones.
I made my week step goal (I think averages are so interesting, I was below week goal/7 5 out of seven days, but was well above the total week goal because of one day of serious hiking).
Have still not made the crunches twice goal.
Crunches are a good idea. Hmmm, haven't done one in years...
Didn't make my crunches goal last week either but got inspired over the weekend and have been crunching successfully since then (will it last?). Fall weather is beautiful, and I cannot wait to get outside and enjoy it soon!

I'm making my walking goals more often than I was and I feel like I'm doing better. I'm still want to make my goals more often but I've been strapped with way too much committee work and house guests... sigh.
