TT, see my whiny comment in "neurogenesis" below! Otherwise, I'm in Nova Scotia, with 9 of my family members, and having a lovely time. We've been eating our way through the week. Today my uncle picked up 5 pounds (!) of scallops from one of the ships coming in this morning. I believe they unload the last caught first, so we are about to eat very, very fresh scallops. I can't wait!
Highlight of my recent past was collecting insects on a cool Sat. morning with Irene and two of my students. Baking an apple pie with apples from the tree in the vacant lot and coming in third behind the Mister and Irene in Big Boggle.
Other than that, the 18 hours of teaching is killing me and I don't do or think much unrelated to it.

I still can't even begin to fathom teaching 18 hours including an unfamiliar subject! Glad you had a bit of fun!
