Nadine the scooter
I'm loving my scooter! I haven't driven my car since Friday. The seat holds 2 gallons of milk! Check out the koi decals I got for her. Her name is Nadine, after the woman in The Stand who rode a scooter (someone here at work said he was going to start calling me that).

How many of us have names for our vehicles?
Not me, I am just not a namer of things. When I was a kid, I would always forget the names of my stuffed animals.
I'm not much of a namer, either. But I remember my college roommate always had names for the cars in her life: her mom's car was Rhonda (the Honda), her car was Henry, her boyfriend's shiny new red truck was named Michelle after the Guns n' Roses song "My Michelle."
My mom has a white Dodge minivan that we started calling Baby, after the Raffi song "Baby Beluga" because the minivan looks sort of like a beluga whale. If you have a good imagination.
