Glad Somebody Wasn't At Her Window
At bus ran into the Kansas Biological Survey today. From the image at the Journal World, it looks like it went straight into the office of one of our beloved members (or to the office next door). Said member, can you confirm that you are okay?

It went into the lab at the end of the hall. No one hurt at all. Just our pride, and very expensive lab equipment. I had just emailed a student about meeting this week to pack field gear in that lab. And this summer there's a high chance our boats and vans would have been in the loading dock between the bus and the lab. I wasn't in since my parents are here, but someone called and I though I couldn't do anything went in to see what was happening. It's right on the other side of the wall from our employee's cube. She was in the bug lab, I had just backed up her computer last Fri. Very good reminder to regulary back up your computer and keep the copy offsite!!!!
