I was far more baffled (and amused) than the students who place "desert" on the Amazon or rainforest on the Sahara (S. Am and Africa really are basically the same) or the student who picked "Alaska" and "Africa" as his biomes.<BR/>You'll also be amused to learn that bats are flying reptiles.Sparkling Squirrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10899640164757220074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233715669196324514.post-54251233551377202432007-05-09T08:54:00.000-05:002007-05-09T08:54:00.000-05:00Lisa,Thanks for making me laugh out loud. By the way, I had a 150 student tell me (on an exam) that we should sterilize our feet with chlorine to get rid of fungi because they are a species of bacteria. Sigh.Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18427894334985738978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4233715669196324514.post-80402499900905747342007-05-09T06:58:00.000-05:002007-05-09T06:58:00.000-05:00See, this is all the fun you miss when you have to...See, this is all the fun you miss when you have to give multiple choice exams.
